Is it possible to learn all this jargon?

I am studying for my project management exam and I honestly feel like I am reading a different language. Every page of the study guide has a dozen new acronyms and terms that all sound the same to me. I have been making flashcards for weeks, but my brain just feels full. I took a practice quiz last night and I am still mixing up all the concepts. I got so frustrated that I started looking for PMP exam tutoring services, just to see if a real person could explain it better. Does anyone else struggle with all the terminology?
