Il dit qu’il veut utiliser ce bois, car c’est son rêve, et qu’il veut naviguer sur un baton fait avec ce bois.
Et dans les environs :
Le Vice Amiral Garp, s’approche de l’endroit ou Luffy (et compagnie) ont mangé et ou il dort.
Luffy se fait frapper et se reveille.

-Franky révèle aux mugiwara qu'il va leur donner un bateau qu'il va construire avec le bois acheté, un bateau qui sera autant solide que le oro Jackson de Gold Roger qui a fait le tour du monde.
-Arrivée du vice-amiral Garp, le legendaire marine qui a arrété Gold Roger
-Garp est le grand-père de Luffy !!!!
